Welcome to September 2025 Warragul 3XCup — our association’s local 3 X 3 basketball competition.

TUESDAY 30TH SPETEMBER - SECOND WEEK OF SCHOOL HOLIDAYS 

* THIS EVENT WILL ACT AS A STATE QUALIFIER EVENT 

*PLEASE NOTE - NEW SEASON AGE GROUPS *

Under 11: 2016 & 2017

Under 13: 2014 & 2015

Under 15: 2012 & 2013

Under 17: 2010 & 2011

Under 19: 2008 & 2009

Team Requirements

• Each team must have 3–4 players
• All teams MUST provide a scorer

Registration Steps

**This is a THREE step process. Playhq to register and pay for Team Entry, FIBA to register your team and then register individual players to your team**

Step 1 – Team Registration & Payment via PlayHQ

$120 per team

Step 3 – Player Registration via FIBA

Player Registration Instructions (FIBA)

To register as a player on FIBA3x3:

1. Go to: https://play.fiba3x3.com/signup
2. Complete your individual details
3. Create a password and click ‘Sign Up to FIBA’
4. Confirm your profile via the email sent by FIBA
5. Once confirmed, you can be added to your team

Team Contact Instructions (FIBA)

Once all players have created their FIBA profiles:

1. Go to: https://play.fiba3x3.com/events
2. Search for the event name (ensure you choose the correct event date, September 30th, 2025)
3. Select the correct event
4. Click ‘Register Team’ and choose the relevant category
5. Complete team details

⚠️ Note: Parents cannot register a team while logged into a child’s account if the child is under 13.

 

Once a player has a FIBA profile, the Team Contact can add them to the team.

✅ Team registration on FIBA will only be confirmed once completed and paid on PlayHQ.

 

IMPORTANT

All team registrations must be completed by:

You must enter your team in playhq and also via the FIBA Event Portal https://play.fiba3x3.com/events/ed98ebdb-e09e-4327-9c6f-a41672fe2bb7

If you do not enter your team via playhq and and FIBA 3x3 Events portal you will not have secured your team into the event.
