Build your engine for the rep season
Rep Ready is a five-week, basketball-specific strength & conditioning block built to get you in shape before the Country Representative Program (CRP) trials. The focus is the work that shows up on the court: first-step quickness, change of direction and lateral slides on defence, the lower-body strength to finish through contact and battle on the glass, and the game-speed endurance to still be moving in the fourth quarter. Each Wednesday runs two age-group sessions so the conditioning matches your stage and the demands of your level.
Two age groups, every Wednesday
Players train in the session for their age group. Both groups run on the same five Wednesday nights at Warragul Leisure Centre, Courts 1/2.
U12 – U14 Session
Age-appropriate basketball conditioning: footwork, first-step speed, defensive slides, coordination and movement quality — building a strong, durable base for the rep pathway.
U16 – U18 Session
Higher-intensity basketball conditioning: power and strength to finish through contact, lateral agility, repeat-sprint endurance and recovery — the engine to compete across a full rep tournament.
