The Program

Build your engine for the rep season

Rep Ready is a five-week, basketball-specific strength & conditioning block built to get you in shape before the Country Representative Program (CRP) trials. The focus is the work that shows up on the court: first-step quickness, change of direction and lateral slides on defence, the lower-body strength to finish through contact and battle on the glass, and the game-speed endurance to still be moving in the fourth quarter. Each Wednesday runs two age-group sessions so the conditioning matches your stage and the demands of your level.

Who it's for: any player interested in — or seriously considering — trialling for a country rep team in August. You don't need to be the fittest in the room to start; you need to be ready to work and build over the five weeks.
