Dave leads the overall operations of the Warragul Basketball Association, working with the Board to ensure WBA is operationally and financially sound. He oversees all staff, programs, competitions, commercial activities, and stakeholder relationships, and is the primary escalation point across the organisation.

- Child safeguarding, compliance & risk management
Kate manages all of WBA's domestic basketball competitions — junior (U8–U19) and senior — including fixture scheduling, grading, venue coordination, club liaison, and competition compliance. Kate is the first point of contact for clubs on all domestic competition matters.

Tash coordinates all of WBA's representative basketball programs — including VJBL, CRP, CBL and Big V — as well as WBA's social media, marketing, community engagement, and development programs such as the Future Warriors Academy and school holiday camps.
