A note from the committee

Welcome — and thank you for taking the time

The Warragul Basketball Association has introduced a number of changes over the past year, and we're now developing our 2027–2030 Strategic Plan.

This survey does two things:

  1. Tells us how recent changes have landed — what's working, what isn't, and what we should adjust.
  2. Shapes the next three years — your priorities, your concerns, and where you think we should invest.

It takes about 10–15 minutes depending on how involved you are. Your responses are confidential, and we want honest feedback — both positive and constructive. The committee uses this data directly to set priorities, programs, and investments through to 2030.

If you're a parent of a junior player, please answer on behalf of your family. If you're a senior player, coach, official, or volunteer, please answer for yourself. You can skip any question you'd prefer not to answer.

Some sections will only show if they apply to you (for example, representative basketball questions only appear if you've indicated rep involvement).

🎁 Have your say & win

20 prize packs to be won. Each pack includes a Warragul Warriors iAthletic scarf and 2 passes to a Warriors Big V home game. Winners are drawn at random from valid submissions on the closing date — make sure you leave your name and email at the end if you'd like to be entered.

Thank you — this matters.
